A bit about your hostCatherine Neyman.

Founder of Bilingva. Host of Vmeste. Mother. Translator of more than just languages.

Catherine Neyman, founder of Vmeste

“I built Vmeste because the room I needed didn't exist yet — so I built the room, and invited every woman I admired into it.”

Catherine grew up in Russia at a time when ambition was something women were expected to soften. She didn't soften. She studied languages, fell in love with the way words travel between cultures, and at 28 she founded Bilingva — a translation agency that today serves global brands across three continents.

Building Bilingva taught her something she didn't expect: the technical part — the operations, the contracts, the invoicing — wasn't the hard part. The hard part was the loneliness. The lack of a room where women founders talked honestly about the messy middle of building a company.

So she started recording conversations. One a week, with a woman whose work she admired. She called the project Vmeste — Russian for together — and she put the conversations on YouTube because she didn't want them locked behind a paywall.

Today, Vmeste is dozens of conversations on YouTube and counting, a small but growing community, and a handful of in-person gatherings each year. It's not a course. It's not a mastermind. It's a community of women who lift each other up, on the record and off.

What I believe

A few things I won't budge on.

01

Honest over polished

Most business stories are sanded smooth. Vmeste interviews keep the splinters in.

02

Free to watch

Every conversation lives on YouTube. No course funnel, no sponsor read, no gate.

03

Small, on purpose

Vmeste will never be a mass-market platform. It will always be a circle that knows your name.

Also

The other thing I built.

If you need a translation partner who actually understands the brand — not just the words — that's Bilingva. It's been my work for the last fifteen years, and I'm still proud of every project we ship.
